Sewage generated on Parcel 22�-250-07 is currently being processed, and final disposal is on <br /> Parcel 255-250-09. Prior to the Environmental Health Department approval, written <br /> evidence shall be provided to the Environmental Health Department that the new adjusted <br /> parcel shall have capacity and design criteria to accept sewage disposal on the proposed <br /> parcel, or with properly recorded approval to continue to use the existing sewage disposal <br /> system. <br /> The Environmental Health Department will require that applicant provide physical evidence <br /> that the proposed property lines do not violate the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards and <br /> Well Standards in relationship to existing structures and sewage disposal distances. <br /> B. Applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with a detailed drawing <br /> showing all septic system locations. These systems shall be staked out to verify systems are <br /> not crossing boundary lines. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and <br /> inspection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is <br /> $465.00 (Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620). <br /> D � <br /> -.J -a5 <br />
