LFR Inc.
7.1.2.3 State and Tribal Leaking Underground Storage Tank Database (LUST; 0.5
mile)
The LUST database is a list of reported leaking UST incidents.
There is one LUST facility listed within a one-half mile radius of the Site. This facility •)
is discussed below.
• Alpine Packing Company located at 9900 Lower Sacramento Road in
Stockton, California is situated across Lower Sacramento Road approximately
500 feet southeast of the Site. This facility is listed on the database for a
reported release of gasoline to soil in 1990. The case was closed by the San
Joaquin County Local Oversight Program on March 19, 1996. Given the (
distance from the Site, the current regulatory status, and impact to soil only,
this facility is unlikely to represent an environmental concern to the Site. LFR
recommends no further investigation regarding this facility.
7.1.2.4 State and Tribal Registered Underground Storage Tank(UST; Site and
Adjoining Properties)
There are no UST facilities listed at the Site. One facility adjoining the Site is listed
with historic USTs. The facility is discussed below.
• Jerry Schmidt located at 9951 Lower Sacramento Road in Stockton, California
is situated on the parcel immediately southeast of the Site. This facility was
registered with two USTs (one 3,000-gallon and one 4,000-gallon) both /
containing gasoline. The tanks were removed and the status is listed as
"closed." Neither of these tanks is reported as a LUST. Based upon the current l
regulatory status, the former USTs located on the adjacent property are unlikely
to represent an environmental concern to the Site. LFR recommends no further
investigation regarding this facility.
7.2 Additional Environmental Record Sources
The following databases were also checked by EDR ,
• CONSENT [EPA Regional Offices Superfund Consent Decrees (1 mile)]
• ROD [Records of Decision(1 mile)]
• FINDS [Facility Index System (target property)]
• HMIRS [Hazardous Materials Information Reporting Systems (target property)]
• MLTS [Material Licensing Tracking System (target property)]
• MINES [Mines Master Index Files (0.25 mile)]
• PADS [PCB Activity Database System (target property)]
003-0924e00_1&.t.R a_iui.
