Minor Sub Number: 91-83 <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> _ This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our <br /> investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject property <br /> referenced above. This study was performed to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for a septic system with regard to producing no <br /> adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or the underlying <br /> groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements <br /> of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br /> 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 . <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site consists of two parcels, Parcel No. 1 and Parcel <br /> No. 2 that are approximately 10 and 11 acres each, respectively. <br /> Parcel No. 2 is the subject parcel . Each parcel is approximately <br /> 680 feet by 664 feet. There are currently no improvements to the <br /> subject parcel , and it has been used primarily as pasture land for <br /> cattle grazing. The San Joaquin County Soil Survey Map indicates <br /> _ the subject property is predominately a Hanford Sandy Loam, with <br /> some Oakdale Sandy Loam. There is no record of any structures that <br /> have previously existed on the subject parcel . <br /> The topography of the subject site is relatively flat with a slight <br /> "decline" of the terrain towards the Lone Tree Creek, which is the <br /> southern border of the subject parcel . There is a "lined" <br /> irrigation canal referred to as the Hirshfeld Lateral owned by the <br /> Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) that traverses Parcel No. 1 in <br /> ' 1 <br /> s� <br />
