CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-6 <br /> Dutra <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-6 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on February 21, 2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 23, 2002,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (StaffContact: Leanne Mueller, 468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated January 26, 2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet measured at the front yard setback line. <br /> (Development Title Section 910.4) <br /> (2) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of 10 acres.
