Ft. <br /> GROUND WATER ELEVATION:The deep percolation test hole,DPH 2,was <br /> established as the as the Soil Profile test hole and no water was encountered in excavating <br /> the test hole to a maximum depth of 15.17 feet. <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation Map entitled"Lines Of <br /> Equal Depth To Water Wells", dated Spring 1998, shows the water table to be in excess of <br /> sixty(60) feet below the ground surface. <br /> WELL WATER ANALYSIS: The results of well water tests for Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and Nitrates(NO3) are made an integral part of this study by including the results <br /> of an earlier A &L Western Agricultural Laboratories testing that is contained in their <br /> letters dated September 12, 2002 and September 25, 2002 which are attached to this report <br /> and summarized as follows: <br /> Chemical Constituents <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) [ug/LI Nitrate(NO3 f) meJL1 <br /> -e,10.0I IS <br /> The Nitrate (NO3) and Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) concentrations for the <br /> well water sampled are well within the State's standards for safe public drinking water <br /> established at 0.2 ug/L and 45 mg/L for Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and Nitrates <br /> (NO3) respectively. <br /> DBCP & Nitrate Concentrations& Underground Tanks Data: <br /> Maps entitled "DBCP and Nitrate—Land Use"available in the Environmental <br /> Health Department's office were consulted and contained the following chemical <br /> concentrations in the area of the subject property: <br /> No DBCP samples were taken in the area of the subject property, so no <br /> concentrations of this chemical have been determined in this area. <br /> The subject property is in an area known to contain 21 to 44 parts per million <br /> Nitrate (NO3). <br /> .Toe Dutra Jr_ J D Financial. 1500 Standiford Avenue Bldg C1 Oakdale CA 95350 7 <br />
