f <br /> I <br /> This addendum contains the additional information requested to be added to my <br /> Soil Suitability Study for the Joe Dutra Jr. Property at 29707 Grooms Road, Oakdale, <br /> California 95361, APN: 207-290-56 & 59, by Environmental Health Department <br /> Representatives Larry Godinho and Mike Huggins in the conference room at the S. J. Co. <br /> fEnvironmental Health Department on Monday, July 14, 2003. <br /> The section Recommendations on page 8 is to be replaced in its entirety as <br /> follows: <br /> Recommendations: Discharging effluent into 10,000 square feet minimum <br /> usable leach field disposal areas is recommended for Parcels 3 and 4. <br /> A 12,000 square feet minimum disposal area in combination with leach lines and <br /> pits at their ends are recommended for both Parcels 1 and 2. <br /> Also attached to this addendum is the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department Septic Permit Record Study table requested at the afore mentioned meeting <br /> which is a summary sheet containing the permit numbers, dates, addresses, soil type <br /> classifications and the specific type of septic systems involved(leach field, sumps and <br /> pits) in each of the nine permits that I studied. This attachment will supplement the data <br /> contained under the Possible Septic Contamination topic beginning on page 2 of my <br /> aforementioned Soil Suitability Study. <br /> The first paragraph on page 3 needs to be replaced with the following paragraph: <br /> ..of ten (10) septic permits reviewed. Two of the permits were for adding to the existing <br /> systems and consisted of installing an additional line leading to a pit and the other an <br /> additional line leading to a sump. One of the permits involved just leach line <br /> construction. One other permit involved both a leach line as well as a line leading to a <br /> sump. Four of the permits reviewed were installing lines leading to sumps. <br /> Paragraphs two through four are to be deleted. The fifth and sixth paragraph on <br /> page three are to remain in place. <br /> Also a print of Permit 14717 is attached to this addendum confirming a 35' deep <br /> pit was included in the ten septic permits reviewed as was mentioned at the <br /> aforementioned meeting. <br /> The initial Well Water Analysis section paragraph and the Chemical <br /> concentrations on page 7 need to be replaced in their entirety as follows: <br /> WELL WATER ANALYSIS: The water from the well on the subject property has been <br /> resampled and tested entirely by a third party(Far Western Laboratories Inc.) and the <br /> results of the resampled water testing for Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrate <br /> P (NO3) are made an integral part of my Soil Suitability Study by including the results of <br /> the Far West Laboratories Inc. testing results contained in their attached letter dated July <br /> F <br />
