Phase 1, with building permits to be issued within eighteen months, is the construction of a 1,080 square foot coop for up to 400 birds. Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within four years, is the construction of a 1,080 square foot coop for up to 400 birds. Phases 3-6, each of which is the construction of a 1,080 square foot coop for up to 400 birds, will be constructed in additional two-year intervals. The parcel is under a Williamson Act contract. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on August 12, 2015 .
