• 7.3 _ Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of Will Schultz. According to the records, the Site has <br /> been used to grow rice from 2011 through the present. A variety of agricultural <br /> chemicals have been applied to the Site during this time period, as indicated on <br /> the attached pages in Appendix 4. No violations were identified. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on October 27, 2015 for mapped <br /> oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were <br /> identified within the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> October 27, 2015 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site.
