CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-674 <br /> Amaral <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-674 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 6, 2004,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 7, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Raymond Hoo, 468-3164) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property lines between two <br /> parcels as shown on the plan dated December 23, 2003. <br /> b. MINIMUM LOT SIZE: Parcel #1 shall be a minimum of two (2) gross acres in size. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-872.2[d]) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract for Parcel <br /> #2 and shall enter into a new contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Filing <br /> Fees are required for this application_ (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
