CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-6 <br /> Coldani <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-6 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Departmenton March 3, 1999, which is the effectivedate of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 1, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kai Luoma,468-9567) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. RIGHT OF WAY: Parcel 2 shall remain a non-buildable parcel until an approved private <br /> right-of-wayfor access is obtained. <br /> 2.
