The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6,000 <br /> square feet by area separation walls. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to per- <br /> forming any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans . <br />
