Therefore, the <br /> Department recommends the collection of impact fees on a "Fair Share" basis for <br /> future improvements to these facilities. <br /> • The Department is currently in the Project Approval& Environmental Documentation <br /> Phase of a project to widen SR-99 to 6 lanes from Arch Road to State Route 4 (SR-4). <br /> The project is listed as Expenditure.Authorization 10-3A100 in the Status of Projects <br /> document and is managed by Tony Singh.
