The first option proposes 43 <br /> lots ranging from 3,500 square feet to 6,000 square feet each. The second option proposes <br /> 50 lots ranging from 3,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet each. The project site is <br /> located at the south side of Guernsey Avenue, 250 feet cast of State Route 99, east of <br /> Stockton. i <br /> A traffic study will be required to determine cumulative effects of this project at build-out �I <br /> to the State Route 99/Main Street Ramp intersections and on/off ramps. This analysis 4 <br /> should include the relevant information found in Caltrans' Guide to the Preparation of <br /> Traffic Impact Studies.
