An Offer of Dedication of ground water rights is <br /> required. <br /> d. The width of Lot A shall be increased to 25 feet, and Lot <br /> A shall be redesignated as a numbered lot. <br /> Ordinance Reguirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> e. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specification <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> f . If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin <br /> which will ensure the completion of improvements within <br /> one year after filing the Final Map. <br /> -13- <br />
