BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Reauirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U. B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 ( 1) . <br /> C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> g. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> h. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits or the <br /> beginning of any construction. <br /> 5 .
