The <br /> Department has the following comments; <br /> • This proposed development may not create a major impact on state facilities when <br /> considered by itself. However, when combined with the cumulative impacts of other <br /> existing and proposed development in this area, the resulting traffic will contribute to <br /> the significant congestion forecasted to the SR-99 mainline and at the interchange of <br /> SR-99/Main Street. Therefore, the Department recommends the collection of impact <br /> fees on a "Fair Share" basis for future improvements to these facilities. <br /> • Please forward the Final Conditions of Approval to the Transportation Planning <br /> Division in order to monitor transportation related mitigation measures. <br /> "Caltrans Improves m t.Wry across CalOmia" <br />
