Ghio Construction Inc. 1229 Rosemarie Lane, Suite A Stockton, California 95207 WILL SERVE LETTER REQUEST FOR 3902 AND 3924 EAST GUERNSEY AVENUE (APN 157-140-17 AND 53) In response to your letter of January 24, 2006, City staff from the Community Development, Public Works, and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request to provide sanitary sewer service to the subject property which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. The following information is provided as a result of that review. The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. The subject parcels do not lie within an Area of Benefit or a Community Facilities District. The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains or laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the applicant's property. LAFCO review may be required prior to any main line extension. The property owner will be required to sign a conditional utility service agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 4. Collection system capacity is under the control of San Joaquin County. Please contact San Joaquin County Public Works Department regarding collection system capacity. The nearest point of connection is in Guernsey Avenue at Hinkley Avenue. All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department.
