The following information is provided as a <br /> result of that review. <br /> The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. <br /> The subject parcels do not lie within an Area of Benefit or a Community Facilities <br /> District. <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any <br /> sewer mains or laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards. This <br /> may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the <br /> applicant's property. LAFCO review may be required prior to any main line extension. <br /> The property owner will be required to sign a conditional utility service agreement for <br /> future annexation to the City of Stockton <br /> The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 4. <br /> Collection system capacity is under the control of San Joaquin County.
