Therefore, the Applicant shall obtain a will-serve letter from <br /> the California Water Service Company for water service. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE <br /> We have reviewed your request for the above mentioned subdivision to connect eleven (11) <br /> single-family residential dwellings to the County Service Area No. 41 Storm Drain System. <br /> The County Service Area No. 41 Storm Drain System will serve the proposed subdivision <br /> with storm drainage subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the County Service Area No. 41 storm drain <br /> system shall be improved or a new storm drain system for the proposed <br /> subdivision shall be constructed. <br /> 2. Per County Development Title 9-1135, Applicant shall submit engineering <br /> calculations and drainage plan with collection paths and terminal drainage for <br /> review. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any storm drain inlets. <br /> 3. The cost for any placement of new facilities shall be borne by the Applicant. <br /> An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval. <br />
