Main St.
L
The USTProgram Facility Inventory by Facility Name, dated April 11,2001,was searched for the
names of Dillard, Zeiter, and Affordable Luxury Homes. No records were found for these(*,,.2 f
names.
Files were reviewed at EHD on April 29 and May 7, 2004 for the facilities identified above.
According to information reviewed at EHD,Jamar Service is located approximately one-eighth
V. of a mile north of the subject property. The Third Quarter,2003 GroundwaterMonitoring Report, 0. 1
prepared by GHH Engineering and dated November 2003,was the latest report available. This
report indicated that groundwater flow is to the southeast at the Jamar facility, away from the
60 subject property. The closest monitoring wells to the subject property,MW-3 and MW-4,were
found to have total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) concentrations of 1,900 and 3,700 ftgA,
repectively. Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes(BTEX)and methyl tertiary butyl
ether (MTBE) were also detected in these wells. MTBE was found at a concentration of 6,900
/ug/l in MW-4.
According to information reviewed at EHD, Quik Stop#76 is also located approximately one-
eighth of a mile north of the subject property. The Results of Soil and Groundwater Investigation,
prepared by Horizon Environmental Inc. and dated June 25, 2002, was the most recent report
available. This report indicated that no TPHg, BTEX, or oxygenate compounds were detected
in the three soil samples collected. The groundwater samples collected revealed TPHg from 92 C'q 5 m,
to 660 pg/l, BTEX from 5 to 110/sg/1, and MTBE at 0.63 pg/l.
According to information reviewed at EHD, the Beacon station is located slightly over one-
quarter mile northwest of the subject property. The Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report,
Fourth Quarter2003,prepared by Horizon Environmental Inc.and dated December 17,2003,was
the most recent report available. This report indicated that groundwater flows to the southeast
` across the site, toward the subject property. MW-7, the closest monitoring well to the subject „
property, was found to have TPHg at 63 µg/1 and MTBE at 0.63 Pg/1 during the most recent
` sampling event. BTEX was not detected during this sampling event.
According to information reviewed at EHD, the Blue Star is located approximately one-eighth
r. of a mile north of the subject property. The Revised Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan,
prepared by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. and dated March 19, 2004,was the most recent
report available. This report indicated that TPHg and BTEX were detected in on-site soils.
L Groundwater samples collected in April 2003 were found to have concentrations of TPHg,
BTEX, and MTBE ranging from 2.3 to 180 pg/1.
v
7
L "0*4
