The location site is located on the north side of Hacienda Lane, <br /> 450 feet west of De La Vina Avenue, east of Stockton. <br /> Transportation Planning has circulated the above referenced application through our normal . <br /> interdepartmental review process. Our Traffic Operations Branch offers the following comments: <br /> • Caltrans finds no significant impacts to the State Highway System resulting from the proposed <br /> project.
