Parcel No . 1 is
to contain 10 . 05 acres and Parcel No . 2 is to
contain 10 . 05 acres . The 20 . 10 acre parcel is
not being farmed now and is presently
undeveloped and has no agricultural crops on
it . There is presently only grass growing on
it .
TEST RESULTS .
Parcel No. Test Hole Percolation Rate Minimum Usable
N0 . (Minutes Per Inch) Disposal Area
—.-- („Sauare..,Fe9t )
With Pits
1 P11 (3 ' ) Failed No Recommendation
1 P12 ( 11 ' 08" ) 26 . 7 12 ,000 + Pits
2 P21 (3 ' ) Failed No Recommendation
2 P22 ( 10 ' 0011 ) 30 .0 12 , 000 + Pits
Soil Profile: An initial Soil Profile Hole dug to a maximum
depth of 10 ' 06" and later deep percolation test hole
excavations dug to a maximum depth of 11 ' -08” are
used for Soil Profile reporting. See the attached
"Field Percolation Data Sheets"and "Parcel Map" as
well as the text of this report for specific soil
layer , character and location details .
Well Water Analysis : None was required.
RECOMMENDATIONS : Soil porosity does not permit the use of a
subsurface horizontal leach field solely and
effluent is recommended to be discharged. in
combination with subsurface horizontal leach
lines , into seepage pits at a maximum depth of
twenty-five feet . Since the 3-foot depth
percolation tests failed to meet and the deep
percolation tests did conform to San Joaquin
County Health Service , Environmental Health
Division minimum requirements , The sewage disposal
system recommended is a minimum usable 12 , 000
square feet disposal area plus pits in addition.
