BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-16-65 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST CYCLE GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT NO. <br /> PA-1500159 OF SCG PROPERTIES, LLC AND GENERAL PLAN MAP AMENDMENT NO. <br /> PA-1500213 OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY. <br /> ---- - ---- --- - <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 2015, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered General Plan Amendment No. PA-1500159 and Zone Reclassification No. PA- <br /> 1500160 of SCG Properties, LLC; and on March 17, 2016 the Planning Commission considered <br /> General Plan Amendment No. PA-1500213 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-1500273 of <br /> Rigoberto Gama; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 15, 2015, the Board of Supervisors did conduct a public <br /> hearing on General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-1500159 and Zone Reclassification No. PA- <br /> 1500160, and on April 12, 2016, the Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on <br /> General Plan Amendment No. PA-1500213 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-1500273; notices <br /> of which the hearings were given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br /> advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that General Plan <br /> Amendment No. PA-1500159 of SCG Properties, LLC, and General Plan Amendment No. PA- <br /> 1500213 of Rigoberto Gama is hereby approved, with said approved General Plan Amendment <br /> applications attached hereto as Exhibit"A"and made a part of this Resolution. <br />
