The General Plan map amendment is to change the General Plan designation of the parcels from R/L (Low Density Residential) to CIG (General Commercial). The Zone Reclassification is to change the Zoning designation of the two parcels from AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) to C-G (General Commercial). The underlying project is the construction of a gasoline sales-combination, eating establishment- convenience, and eating establishment-full service. The parcels are not under Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is R/L(Low Density Residential). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Hammer Lane on the west and east side of Marantha Lane, Stockton. (APN/Address: 130-030-12 & 13/3928 E. Hammer Lane, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 2) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than September 16, 2015. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on September 23, 2015 . If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
