The General Plan map amendment is to change the General Plan designation of the <br /> parcels from R/L (Low Density Residential) to CIG (General Commercial). The Zone Reclassification is to change the <br /> Zoning designation of the two parcels from AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) to C-G (General <br /> Commercial). The parcels are not under Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is R/L(Low <br /> Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Hammer Lane on the west and east side of <br /> Marantha Lane, Stockton. (APN/Address: 130-030-12 & 13/3928 E. Hammer Lane, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 2) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than September 16, 2015. Comments or recommendations received after <br /> that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development <br /> Committee will review this application on September 23, 2015 .
