Credentials of the <br /> company (Statement of Qualifications) have not been included in this report but are available <br /> upon request. Pertinent documents are referred to in the text of this report, and a separate <br /> reference section has not been included. Reasonable attempts were made to obtain information <br /> within the scope and time constraints set forth by the client; however, in some instances, <br /> information requested is not, or was not, received by the issuance date of the report. Information <br /> obtained for this ESA was received from several sources that we believe to be reliable; <br /> nonetheless,the authenticity or reliability of these sources cannot and is not warranted hereunder. <br /> An evaluation of the significance of limitations and missing information with respect to our findings <br /> has been conducted, and where appropriate, significant data gaps are identified and discussed <br /> in the text of the report.
