Phase I Environmental Site Assessment 1�erraeon <br /> Proposed CarMax Automotive Dealership ■ Stockton, CA <br /> August 8, 2015 ■ Terracon Project No. NA157024 <br /> 4.2 Local Agency Inquiries <br /> Agency Contacted/ <br /> Contact Method Response <br /> San Joaquin County On July 16, 2015, Terracon performed a file review at the San <br /> Environmental Health Department Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). A Well <br /> / Fax (209)464-0138 Destruction Permit for the site, dated March 3, 2006, indicated a <br /> 120-foot well casing was removed, backfilled with sand then <br /> sealed with sand cement. Based on a review of the available files <br /> for the site, RECs were not identified. <br /> San Joaquin County Community According to Ms. Marcel Marin, of the Code Enforcement Fire <br /> Development Department, Code Inspection Division, there were no fire inspection records, <br /> Enforcement/ In person complaints, violations or permits available for the site. <br /> San Joaquin County Community According to Ms. Glenda Thompson of the department, there were <br /> Development Department/Phone no building permits and/or certificates of occupancy for the site. <br /> (209) 468-3120 <br /> San Joaquin County Office of the Ms. Kristen Hegge, Chief Deputy County Counsel, provided a <br /> County Counsel / Email: Preliminary Title Report dated October 22, 1966 for the site which <br /> kheage@sjgov.ora included a site map indicating the location of a former structure, <br /> septic system and two wells. Ms. Hegge also provided Road <br /> Maintenance Service Requests for Hammer Lane and Maranatha <br /> Drive.
