Cotton Road,Hammond Street, and Tully Road shall be improved to County Standards for one-half of a <br /> sixty(60) foot wide right-of-way collector residential road. <br /> 5. A terminal drainage system or an agency maintained retention pond shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. The developer has <br /> proposed to drain his project into the pond being constructed to serve the subdivision east of Tully Road at <br /> the south end of Elm Street. The developer shall provide the Department of Public Works a use agreement <br /> which allows use of the pond by his project and hydraulic calculations demonstrating that capacity to serve <br /> this project is available.
