CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0800172 <br /> Harvey <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0800172 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on July 30,2008,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 29, 2010, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has I <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Eva Page, 209-953-7854) <br /> I <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated May 28, 2008. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to ' <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> I <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel 2 shall be a minimum of two acres in size as defined in Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.2(d). <br /> d. PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: The proposed new property lines shall meet the minimum setbacks <br /> requirements from any existing structures on Parcel 2 as defined in Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.2. <br /> 2.
