Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> 2. On parcels #1 & 2 construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> 3. On parcels #1 & 2, construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> 4. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> 5. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> Section 5-4207).
