Amended Conditions <br /> of Approval <br /> MS-92-109 <br /> Page 2 <br /> July 16, 1992 <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $100. 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> f . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcels 1 and 2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003 ) <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcels 1 <br /> and 2 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> San Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> �! Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section <br /> 5-4207) .
