Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. On both parcels construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> C. On both parcels, construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> d.
