1 rl <br /> CIO <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-96-1 <br /> Kautz, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-96-1 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on February 12, 1996, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 13, 1997,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. A 'Williamson Act Contract Notice of Nonrenewal" application for the portion of Parcel 1 <br /> that has been realigned to Parcel 2 shall be filed with the Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> {Development Title Section 9-872.4} <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> r <br />
