Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 29, 2004, and addendum dated <br /> April 22, 2005, was deemed incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum <br /> regarding any subsequent changes from the date of the original report to the present shall be <br /> submitted to, and approved by, the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> D. Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that <br /> leach lines do not cross over proposed Parcels #1 and 42 property lines. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $186.00. <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:cf <br /> t <br />
