Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 29, 2004, and addendum dated April 22, 2005, was deemed incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum regarding any subsequent changes from the date of the original report to the present shall be submitted to, and approved by, the Environmental Health Department. B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.7). D. Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that leach lines do not cross over proposed Parcels #1 and 42 property lines. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $186.00. E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
