d. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Schulte Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> e SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The project shall be screened along the southern, western and eastern sides so as not to be <br /> visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Said screening shall be six (6) to <br /> eight(8) feet in height. Screening requirements and materials shall comply with those listed in <br /> Development Title Section 9-1022.4. <br /> f. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project:: <br /> (1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Section 9-1025.9 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> g. MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES: All freestanding structures and supporting equipment shall be <br /> maintained in good condition by the provider of the telecommunication facility and, whenever <br /> necessary, repaired or replaced. (Development Title Section 9-1065.7) <br /> h. REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: Freestanding structures and supporting equipment shall be <br /> removed by the provider of such facilities and the site restored to its pre-construction state if said <br /> facilities have not been operational or used for a period of six (6) consecutive months. Removal <br /> and site restoration shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the end of said six (6) month <br /> period. (Development Title Section 9-1065.8) <br /> i. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> 2.
