The EHD permits indicated leach lines and filter beds are up to 100 feet in length. The EHD permits indicated two of the nine permits had seepage pits 25 feet in depth. 3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity Based on a review of the septic permits provided by the EHD for the adjoining properties, the septic repairs appear to be for the addition of leach lines. The septic permits can be found in -- Appendix D of this report. 3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage Maximum expected usage for the proposed dog kennel septic tank consists of up to three., permanent employees, up to 50 occasional visitors per week (worst case scenario), and up to 24 dogs serviced by the facility. The facility will consist of one low-flow toilet, three sinks, one washing machine, and kennel cleanout drains that will flow into the septic system.
