The EHD permits indicated leach lines and <br /> filter beds are up to 100 feet in length. The EHD permits indicated two of the nine permits had <br /> seepage pits 25 feet in depth. <br /> 3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on a review of the septic permits provided by the EHD for the adjoining properties, the <br /> septic repairs appear to be for the addition of leach lines. The septic permits can be found in <br /> -- Appendix D of this report. <br /> 3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br /> Maximum expected usage for the proposed dog kennel septic tank consists of up to three., <br /> permanent employees, up to 50 occasional visitors per week (worst case scenario), and up to <br /> 24 dogs serviced by the facility. The facility will consist of one low-flow toilet, three sinks, one <br /> washing machine, and kennel cleanout drains that will flow into the septic system.
