The applicant is requesting a <br /> 9,390-square-foot expansion of the existing building: a 50-foot x 79-foot (3,950 square feet) addition on <br /> the west end of the building for manufacturing, and a two-story, 80-foot x 34-foot (2,720 square feet per <br /> floor) office on the northeast corner of the building. In addition, the applicant has requested approval to <br /> construct a concrete pad (approximately 26,000 square feet) to be used for a truck loading area on the <br /> west end of the existing building.
