Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-49 <br /> Community Development Department <br /> a. 22 automobile parking spaces are required including one <br /> space for the physically handicapped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015) <br /> b. 1 truck parking and loading space is required. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 6) . <br /> C. For truck entrances, gates shall remain open during business <br /> hours or shall be recessed from the property line a minimum <br /> of 65 feet to allow trucks to exit the road right-of-way <br /> before stopping to open the gate. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505. 7 [d] ) <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5 [e] ) <br /> e. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022 . 4 [e] [3 ] ) <br /> f . Landscaping shall comply with Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 1020 . 9 and 9-1020. 11. <br /> g. Screening is required along the west property line adjacent <br /> to I-580. (Development Title Section 9-1022 . 4 [e] [21 ) <br /> h. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises. No spillover beyond the property line shall be <br /> permitted. (9-1015. 5 [g] [4] ) <br /> i. Submit a Site Improvement Plan showing landscaping, <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing <br /> and proposed utility services, and grading. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. Design and construct <br /> drainage improvements to County standards with the ability <br /> to connect to public system when available. A plan check <br /> fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br />
