All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises. No spillover beyond the property line shall be <br /> permitted. (9-1015. 5 [g] [4] ) <br /> i. Submit a Site Improvement Plan showing landscaping, <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing <br /> and proposed utility services, and grading. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. Design and construct <br /> drainage improvements to County standards with the ability <br /> to connect to public system when available. A plan check <br /> fee will be required.
