The requested use is for a maximum of two trucks <br /> and four trailers. Access to the parcel is provided by frontage on Woodbridge Road, and the parcel will <br /> continue to utilize existing on-site services. The 1.12-acre parcel contains the property owner's residence <br /> and a 600-square-foot shed that is used for storage of personal property and some spare parts for the <br /> owner's truck.
