The soils of this site appear to be suitable for a standard septic system. 6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing j rSeptic system construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal ` 1 Standards where applicable. 7.0 CONCLUSIONS �— - In summary, a satisfactory percolation rate of the soil was achieved in the propos septic ' osal ` area for the site. The proposed parcel appears suitable for a standard septic syste . No groun water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. The on-sit water w as tested for nitrate and DBCP. The analysis for these samples is forthcoming. Se con on in Part ` II,Nitrate Loading Study attached to this report for further discussion. .. 8.0 LIMITATIONS The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and ` proposed development, the use of the subject property,and the site conditions as they existed at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area. ..
