Hansen Road, Tracy, CA <br /> Scope of Work: Construct a 5,250 square-foot truck repair shop with wash bay, change <br /> of occupancy from a 2,238 square-foot single-family dwelling (R3) to an office (B) and <br /> conversion of a 2,156 square-foot shop building to an office/parts storage building. <br /> Status: The submitted application is approved with the following conditions: <br /> NOTE: All subsequent re-submittals shall be made directly to the Fire Prevention <br /> Division/Development Services located at 333 Civic Center Plaza, Attention: Permit <br /> Technician. <br /> # SHEET COMMENT <br /> 1. Before issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide detailed plans <br /> that demonstrate and designate the type of fire extinguishers to be installed <br /> and set per the 2013 California Fire Code. <br /> 2. Before issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide detailed plans <br /> that demonstrate the appropriate static water supply and all corresponding <br /> components of such a system necessary per the 2013 California Fire Code for <br /> the protection of the new structure as well as for buildings with a change of <br /> occuanc . <br /> 3. Before issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide detailed plans <br /> that demonstrate the construction details for a fire apparatus access road to <br /> be built within 150 feet of all exterior elements of the new building and <br /> buildings with a change of occupancy based upon a hose lay per the <br /> requirements of the 2013 CFC <br /> 4. Before issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide detailed plans <br /> that demonstrate the location of a Knox Box (3200 series) for emergency <br /> access into the site through the gate and into the buildings per the 2013 <br /> California Fire Code. <br /> 5. Before issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide detailed plans <br /> that demonstrate the construction details of a radio amplification system or <br /> provide evidence of radio coverage for the new building and for buildings <br /> undergoing change of occupancy. <br /> 6. Before issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide detailed <br /> information relating to the shop conversion so that it is clear whether or not <br />
