Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The Environmental Health Division� has the following concerns on this pre- <br /> application that need to be addressed (state specifics). <br /> 1 . Any wastewater discharge to land would have to meet the requirements <br /> of Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) (commercial <br /> wastewater is not allowed to be disposed of in septic systems). The <br /> applicant shall acquire a waste discharge requirement/ waiver from the <br /> RWQCB prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 2. The volume of food processing wastes and the location of disposal need <br /> to be identified, and submit this information to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 3. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that <br /> the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked <br /> on or used as a storage arca.
