Referral, Page Three <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 6Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> �c{ The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 4 . This use does not qualify for a home occupation because the <br /> use changes the occupancy from a ( ) <br /> to a ( ) <br /> a . <br /> 5 . A one hour firewall shall be provided on the <br /> property line (s) prior to recording the Record of Survey (lot <br /> line adjustment) . <br /> 6 . All sewer connection, sewer tap and encroachment fees must be <br /> paid to the Citv_ of Stockton Public works Department prior to <br /> the issuance of a Building Permit. If not already installed, <br /> provide separate sewer laterals for each newly created parcel . <br />
