If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 7. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> 8. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> construction. <br /> 9. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br />
