(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The <br /> design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. <br /> (2) Aisles between truck trailer parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five(55) feet <br /> wide <br /> 9 LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according the standards set forth <br /> in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free <br /> (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development <br /> Title Three(3)trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot <br /> of 'Operation A', and two (2) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout <br /> the parking area of'Operation B'. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (3) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a <br /> ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.8) <br /> SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Screening and a 5-foot-wide landscape planter is required between the project and <br /> the adjacent homesites. Screening shall meet the standards set forth in Section 9- <br /> 1022.4 of the Development Title. <br /> FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SA-98-72 <br />
