Accurate "as-builts" of a septic system that may be installed in the future must be supplied to the
Environmental Health Department and all applicable "distance" requirements must be strictly
adhered to.
The nitrate loading calculations demonstrate groundwater under the leachfield, to a thickness of
2.5 feet, will be theoretically impacted to 1 ppm over the current Maximum Contaminant Level
(MCL) drinking water standards. Considering the thickness of the top aquifer which is greater
than 2.5 feet, influence from the septic system can be considered "low impact" when the facility
is considered on an areal basis.
_
V. LIMITATIONS
The findings, opinions and conclusions of this report are based upon information from standard
engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature and agency
consultations. Information in this report is deemed reliable by the sources from where it was
_
obtained.
Our report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are extremely
_ variable and complex within the environment. Although there a several methods to design, size
and predict impact from a septic system, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division
Sewage Standards have been employed for the purpose of septic system design for this project.
Therefore, no guarantee or warranty concerning any aspect of this investigation or design, is
expressed or implied.
- We appreciate the opportunity to provide this service for you. If you should have any questions
regarding to the information contained within this report, please contact the undersigned.
Respectfully submitted, C 11
VALLEY AG RESEARCH o`h p F<
No. 04675
Expires: G ;o•9f '* s
Don Chesne , R.E.A. a>a F
Registered Environmental Assessor#4675 Foa cnLtFo
_
7
Valley Ag POearck
