Two - I J00 gallon tanks. Connection of the two tanks to be watertight. See attached <br /> schematic and product information. <br /> 2. Tanks to remain as high as possible in elevation- 12 inches below grade <br /> 3. Zabel filter on second tank -Model Number A180 t-HIP-SF. Tanks must be pumped and <br /> Filter washed at alarm activation. 00,%�- <br /> 4. Use Zabel Z200D Flow Director to "rest" leachfield "A" and"B"— G(S �v ass valves <br /> 5. Leachline depth to have maximum cover of 12 inches and a minimum of 6 inches. <br /> 6. Grass in leachfield area and leachfield area to be barricaded so that it cannot be parked or <br /> driven over(ORD/EHD 05). <br /> 7. Proposed monitoring protocol to include augering below leachlines after two years to <br /> analyze effluent in vadose zone for nitrate content. <br /> 8. Leachfield square footage areas of 3000 to 4000 sq ft are adequate for intended flows and <br /> ars to be level. <br /> The attached septic system schematics illustrate layout alternatives for the leachfield. <br /> Information on the Zabel Filter Al801-HIP-SF and Z200D Flow Director are attached. <br /> P.O.
