CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-96-40 <br /> Beneto <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-96-40 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on August 15, 1996. The effective date of approval is August 25, 1996. <br /> This approval will expire on February 24, 1998, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a pole sign as shown on the Plan submitted July <br /> 10, 1996. <br /> b. The sign shall be no greater than 38 feet in height. <br /> C. The area of the sign shall be no greater than 250 square feet per sign face. <br /> 2. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: (Contact Person: Michael Gunby, 942-1650) <br /> a. PG&E owns and maintains a 115 kv transmission line underbuilt with a 12 kv distribution <br /> line along the east side of Harlan Road in the vicinity of the proposed sign. The <br /> installation of the sign must comply with C.P.U.C. General Order 95, which regulates the <br /> clearance between electrical conductors and other structures. <br />
