Development Committee -2- ' <br /> SA-94-31 <br /> b. Automobile parking spaces shall be provided as follows: <br /> one space for every 1, 000 square feet of building, including <br /> one space for the physically handicapped. <br /> Parking calculations shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plans. (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 3) <br /> C. All maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks <br /> shall be located on the site of the truck terminal. No <br /> parking or maneuvering is allowed within the public road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-505 . 7) <br /> d. Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of <br /> fifty-five (55) feet wide. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015 . 6 [d] ) <br /> e. The Improvement Plan shall show all existing and proposed <br /> surfaces. All automobile parking and circulation areas and <br /> major truck circulation/maneuvering areas shall be surfaced <br /> and permanently maintained with a base material and two <br /> inches of asphalt concrete, or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Truck parking spaces <br /> and minor truck circulation areas may be surfaced with base <br /> material and chip seal. Gravel may be used for trailer <br /> storage areas. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> f. Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty <br /> (40) feet maximum. The design of the driveway shall be such <br /> as to allow trucks to enter and exit property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-505 . 7) <br /> g. Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a <br /> minimum of sixty five (65) feet. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-505 . 7) <br /> h. All storage materials, including inoperable vehicles, shall <br /> be screened. (Development Title Section 9-1022 . 4 [e] ) <br /> i. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022 . 4 [e] [3 ] ) <br /> j . A solid masonry wall six feet in height shall be erected <br /> along the north property line of APN 193-330-31 . <br /> (Development Title Section 1022 . 4 [e] ) <br />
