Automobile parking spaces shall be provided as follows: <br /> one space for every 1, 000 square feet of building, including <br /> one space for the physically handicapped. <br /> Parking calculations shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plans. Truck parking spaces <br /> and minor truck circulation areas may be surfaced with base <br /> material and chip seal. Gravel may be used for trailer <br /> storage areas. Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty <br /> (40) feet maximum. The design of the driveway shall be such <br /> as to allow trucks to enter and exit property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-505 . 7) <br /> g. Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a <br /> minimum of sixty five (65) feet.
