State law requires <br /> that land uses within airport areas of influence conform with the Airport Land Use <br /> Plan (ALUP). <br /> • SA-94-29: A site approval application to construct and operate a truck <br /> maintenance shop and parking facility. The project site is <br /> located at 10182 S. Harlan Road, French Camp. <br /> • SA-94-31 : A site approval application for a truck parking and maintenance <br /> facility. The project site is 10998 S. Harlan Road, French <br /> Camp. <br /> • UP-92-4: A revision of approved actions application to amend an <br /> approved Use Permit to expand the permitted seating for a <br /> church from 250 to 500. The project site is 275 E. Eight Mile <br /> Road, Lodi. <br /> Regarding each of the application referrals, the following comments apply: while <br /> within an airport area of influence, the project site is outside of the restricted land <br /> use zones. (Please refer to the enclosed GIS maps for precise locations.) The <br /> project site is also outside of any high noise contour. <br /> The only applicable restriction within an airport area of influence is that no <br /> transmissions which would interfere with aircraft communications or navication are <br /> Regional Transportation Planning Agency.
