(DISTRICT i). <br /> APPLICANT: Tom Pistacchio APN: 193-330-30 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Harlan Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 60 feet. Roth Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 to 70 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> Harlan Road and Roth do not qualify as Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA) routes. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach, unless already paved, shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $167.96 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area.
