PAGE TWO <br /> SA-90-14 <br /> 2 . State on the Improvement Plan: that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over , parked on or <br /> used as a storage area . This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines . <br /> 3 . If floor drains are required , they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division . This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer . Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Regional Water Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region. The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division : <br /> a . Exterior walls less than 20 ' from a property line shall <br /> be of one--hour , fire-resistive construction . <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements ( C.A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> C. The floor area of the repair shop ( H-4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator . The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Local Health District <br /> before submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B .C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br />
